As has been said already, it would REALLY be better to work within the
struture of the existing FAQ, instead of building a whole parallel
structure. The FAQs are on the web site and get included on every CD,
so let all who wish better docco contribute a section to the existing
FAQs.

Having man pages and FAQs and keeping them in sync is hard. Add in a
separate set of HOWTO docs and it would probably become impossible.
