Could you be more precise ? I don't know any part of standard OpenBSD
that uses Unicode. The console driver on most architectures are ASCII
or have extensions to handle 8 bit characters with an ISO Latin-1 or
Latin-2 font. XFree86 doesn't use Unicode either.
