While this is not worded in the appropriate legalese that many (most?)
managers will want, that looks to be about as good as you're gonna get.
(ie, it doesn't have things like "the OpenBSD organization accepts no
responsibility for errors arising from the interaction of the OpenBSD
operating system and non-Y2K compliant computer hardware." etc. etc. -- Of
course, AFAIK, OpenBSD accepts no responsibility for ANY errors arising
from the use of OpenBSD under ANY conditions, but you get the point.)

To recap once more, it basically says "OpenBSD is Y2K OK."
