R cannont boot from floppy 2.4 on sparc station ipc


Hi , trying to install 2.4 on sparc station ipc ROm rev. 1.6
48MB RAm and enough disk 
I tried
making   kc24.fs disks, trying both dd on a freebsd 2.7 box
and
 SPARC box always hangs with any boot disk I try to use at:


>> OpenBSD BOOT 2.0

It stops doing anything
