yeah its really queer. i've reread things a bit and it says for real:
booting hd0a:bsd blah+blah+blah+[blah+blah] total=0x22b0bf
start=00xf0100020
entry point at 0x100020
_
where "_" is the blinking cursor. heh. but its pissing me off more than
a little because bsd.old is the kernel from last night when it worked
*fine* and if boot that, i get similar if not same results. bah.
i think i may try a new install tomarrow and see if its a "messed up OS
loader thing" or a hardware issue. lovely.
