libcript does not exist in OpenBSD.  You should remove it from the make
file.  From what I understand, since OpenBSD is from Canada it does not
have to be put in its own library because of crypto export laws as it
does with US products.  I don't know about libident, but try and remove
that from the make file and see what it does.
