I don't want to get personal, as I have never met you, but to be frank 
you appear to be one of those "soft management" type people that love 
the attention of getting a bunch of hard working techies in a room for a 
morning and spout on about "brainstorming" and "let's move forward 
together". That's a "self-aggrandising" troll.

It wastes time and produces nothing but attention for you.

Feel free to write a book, there are already a number out there - both 
free and for money. But then you can't can you ? You want someone else 
to do it and then take the credit for making it happen ?
