Locate & whatis on new install.

No a big deal really, but a suggestion for the fresh install of OpenBSD in
regards to the 'locate' & 'whatis' database.

It is rebuilt every week, but on fresh install it is not there, or not built
by default for the first week, or days depending at where you and in time.

But as a suggestion, could it be possible to have it either already included
in the CD-Install, or even simpler may be to have the scripts run after the
fresh reboot, after the keys are generated by the system on the first time
it reboot or something like that?

Just a thought and obviously it would make a difference only the first time,
on a new install and may be this may help new users of OpenBSD that may see
the 'locate' or 'whatis' command in the FAQ and try it, but come in with no
results as the database is not present.

It's usefulness may be very short obviously, and be gone after the first
week. But may be useful for new install and help a few that do search.

Just a suggestion.
