pop3 antivirus proxy

Hello group,
I figured I'd post this to the list because I've had about 5 people 
contact me about my port of p3scan to openbsd.  With the help of 
Christophe Boy and Ian McLaird we've got a functioning pop3 proxy that 
scans email messages.  That being said it works, but has not been 
debugged, thoroughly tested or had a code review by myself.  The 
installation instructions are in the sources that you can download from 
my website.  I hope this helps some people in our community.
