ftp.openbsd.org seems a bit sluggish, so in case you're on i386, the 
previously mentioned unofficial bittorrents still seems active:

if you dont trust it, you can verify by grabbing this file:

ftp://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/3.5/i386/MD5

there's also one for source and ports, but since there's no MD5 for 
these files it can't be verified:

http://www.hewus.com/OpenBSD_3.5_src.torrent
