I am  using:
 $ java -version
java version "1.3.1_08"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.3.1_08-b03)
Classic VM (build 1.3.1_08-b03, green threads, nojit)

at my OpenBSD. 3.4-CURRENT (from 11.aug *ahem*)
(I dont want to upgrade while developing in java. ;)

No problem as far while developing programs with threads.
I thought to test older/newer versions at my testbox, but I don't have time yet.

(this should be at ports@-lists.)

Thanks to those great folks who made this ports!
