spamd is OK, and works well for what it does. But I am still getting too
much spam - clearly, spammers need stronger deterrents. I want a tool
that measures out electrical shock treatments to spammers just as cattle
prods do to bovines. coulombd should deliver packets of electrical
charge to the offending machines in such a way as to cause these
machines to store this charge, thereby creating a potential difference
between the machine's case and its flea-infested operators. Once the
operator touches the case, the potential difference will induce an
electrical current to flow through the operator to ground. coulombd
should provide a facility to modulate the level of charge delivered so
that the punishment can be tailored to fit the crime.
