In Linux you need kernelmodule telepathy.o (only available in kernel
5.1.79 and onwards). Using this module you can use *YOUR* router to
influence the router sending packets to you (over which you have no
control otherwise).

Sadly, this module is GPL-licensed, so it can not be incorporated in
OpenBSD. Also, it is written in a mysterious language called 'D', to
obfuscate it's innerworkings thus removing any chance of porting the
software over. Sorry. Please stick to Linux, you may find yourself
under the influence of it's magic sooner then you might guess....
