As far as I know, all alpha docs that one could need are available.
As far as I know, in the processor architecture field the only docs that
are not available are:
Some hppa docs (closed architecture)
All OS-side ultrasparc III documentation ("open architecture")
Some Hammer docs (but we are giving them shit about that too, and it
appears they are changing their mind about it)
The biggest problem is Ultrasparc III.
