OpenBSD tuning with qmail

Hi, I know this is a little off topic...Please answer me in private.

I'd like to know if you have any experience on tuning an OpenBSD box with
qmail. I'm having problems when I increased the concurrencyremote file to
100. I get the following errors:

deferral: qmail-spawn_unable_to_create_pipe

I am using OpenBSD 3.2 on a i386 (dmesg follows) with qmail-1.03.
