Well, some more info would be useful.  First of all what Intel card is it?  Not
all of them can netboot.

Secondly, have you made sure the the net card is set to try pxe boot in *its*
BIOS (as well as of course the BIOS on the motherboard).  There's a key combo,
but I forget it.  I think if you download the latest Intel firmware it's in
the docs.  Oh yeah, make sure you've got a decent firmware revision.

How far does it get?  Does it see the DHCP server?  Does the DHCP server pass
the kernel via TFTP?  Does the kernel start to boot?
