installation boot floppy
I am trying to install OpenBSD 3.2 on another machine (I have OpenBSD
installed on 3 other machines) and since it will not boot from the cdrom,
I have to use a boot floppy. I dd'd the floppy32.fs file to a floppy disc
using the command: "dd if=floppy32.fs of=/dev/rfd0a bs=36b" as outlined in
the INSTALL.i386 file (I did the dd command on an OpenBSD machine).
However, when I boot up the computer with the floppy, after it loads the
kernel, it just sits there, not proceeding to the install/upgrade/shell
prompt. This is the first time I have tried to install a system with a
floppy on OpenBSD 3.2, could it be a problem with the floppy32.fs image on
the 3.2 CD set (which i bought)?
