Yes, and a rather slow one at that.  It'll do up to four processors, 
4GB RAM IIRC, and lots & lots of DASD.

Personally I think they are crap.  I had one spontaneously combust on 
me (and the Sun SE confided that it was not the first time he had seen 
that happen) and another one had a system board failure that fried 
multiple disk controllers and lost the contents of our RAID.

There is an E420 which is pretty much the same system but in a smaller 
case (and rackmountable).  Again, for the $$$, not much to write home 
about.

Ultimately the EDA tools we had running on the Suns were at *least* as 
effective on cheap PC hardware running Linux.  Sun hardware has some 
advantages but performance is not one of them (and if you don't want 
PeeCee, there are plenty of other options like Alpha, PA-RISC, MIPS, 
etc.)
