How do you add pcmcia card definitions

I just purchased two new pcmcia cards. One is the Melco LPC4-CLXL 10T/100TX
Ethernet adapter (based on the realtek 1838) and the other is a usb 2.0
adapter based on the NEC chip-set. I realize that usb 2.0 is not implemented
yet but was wondering if there was a  way to enable the 1.1 support. More
information on the cards is included below.
