Sun's lethargy

hey - I've pretty much deleted most of this thread, [ wot, me
hypocritical?] so pls forgive me if someone has already mentioned this.

Sun seems to have become more and more lethargic.  I've got an E450 who's
lease is up, and which i've been trying to send back for 4 months now.
I've spoken to close to a dozen people, all of whom promise to get right
back to me, but to no avail.  I'm pretty close to unpacking it, installing
a more interesting OS, and using it to rip DVDs.  At the same time, I'm
trying to give them money to upgrade half a dozen licenses from versions 5
& 6 of their IDE/compiler suite (variously known as Workshop, Forte and SunONE).
It's been almost as long, and my officially designated corporate contacts
can't seem to come up with the proper procedure.

I guess my point is:  It's entirely possible that the reason Theo can't
get documentation is that they can't seemto actually accomplish anything
internally atm, not because of any particular apathy towards O*BSD
