When I installed OpenBSD 3.1 on my laptop, I had no difficulty
using floppies formatted using my WinXP Pro machine.  I have
not updated anything other than to turn off services, since it's not
on all of the time.  If anything is broken about reading floppies
formatted through WinXP, it's broken after the default install of
3.1.
