WXP-formatted msdos Floppies

It looks like OpenBSD 3.1 release cannot mount 1.4Mb 
msdos floppies formatted using the Windows XP format 
command. This will be a moot issue for me as soon as I
start using OpenBSD on my laptop, but it might be worth fixing.
