I've heard  of people having  success with the W2K  native clients
but I've  never tried it,  myself. I'll caution you,  though. As I
say  in my  Meta-FAQ, IPSEC  is hard. ``Hard''  usually translates
into ``expensive,'' whether in terms of time or money.

Perhaps you  could describe the  needs of the  computers involved,
and  we  could  offer   suggestions  tailored  to  those  specific
circumstances. It's entirely  concievable that you  can accomplish
the same goals with something other  than IPSEC in a much simpler,
easier manner. Then again, maybe not....
