you don't have to upgrade to 1.3.26 to avoid the vulnerabilities. The
OpenBSD Team has patched the apache 1.3.24 included in the distribution.
All you should do is to follow the patches on
http://www.openbsd.org/errata.html. But if you follow -stable regularly,
you allready have a patched system.
