I don't understand what you're trying to do here.  Are you trying to host
two domains on one box?  In that case, relay-domains isn't enough.  You need
the virtual user table.

And in order to help you, *I* need more information.  /etc/mail/sendmail.cf
and /etc/mail/virtusertable at a minimum.
