Theo is a Jehovah's Witness.  He thinks celebrating such ridiculous
things is a travesty.  I sincerely doubt that he would allow such
garbage to come out if it weren't true.

Only some. As per the announcement, the developers who are in Europe
will be splicing off and forming GNU/BSD.

It depends how fast Marc Espie & Miod Vallat start cracking on
GNU/BSD. Better grab a stable 3.1 snapshot, as the CVS tree may be
locked soon and god knows when Windows BSD will be out.
