Upgrade all the sofware using zlib as static librairie. And upgrade the 
zlib dynamic library.  

For the kernel part (ppp deflate, ipsec), you have to wait that all 
source in kernel has been patched in the main current branch. 

But I don't think it's really a big issue (for the moment ;-). Mainly 
DoS...  (free up two times memory...)

Is PL/1 at nrb using zlib ?
