once again problem with serv

Hello to all.

Lately I wrote a letter about impossibility to run sendmail, and the
answer was to check the IPF. I disabled it, and though, server starts
neither sendmail nor httpd. And in config file (rc.conf) <- included
in this mail, I wrote flags to start it. Maybe it is a trivial
problem, but as far as I see, there are no errors. Logs are clear. I
installed postfix, and although I start it manually and NO ERRORS
occure, it doesn't start at all. ps command shows nothing and trying
to send an email or connect to 25th port of server is impossible. Got
any ideas about this ? Even some other services, such as for example
battlenet server, manually written to start (rc.local) doesn't work.
But when I start it manually from root's account, everything goes ok
and starts. Everything besides postfix. Where do you think is the
problem ?

Sorry for long mail, but here goes attached rc.conf:
