I don't see how expertise in breaking 1970's-era phone switches applies to 
expertise in breaking 21st century TCP/IP network services.  It will take 
more than blowing a plastic whistle into your acoustic coupler modem to do 
that.  Too much emphasis is being put on Crunch's past.  I want to know what 
makes him an expert in modern network security before advising a client to 
shell out the cheddar for a Crunch Box.
