something with OpenBSD 3

Hello,

at the beginning, I got huge problem, maybe it is a stupic one, but
....

Everything was just looking perfect, but I had to restart the server
one fine day. And then I realized that not only sendmail doesn't work,
but apache and many others as well.

I looked at maillog and saw one strange thing:
SYSERR(root): File descriptors missing on startup: stdout, stderr: Bad file descriptor

And all the rest of services I had to run manually, for example httpd
-DSSL and others. Strange thing is that in rc.local UNDER sendmail and
httpd I got others services to start and although portsentry didn't
start, the interface ALIAS:
ifconfig rl0 alias XXX.YYY.ZZZ.QQQ netmask AAA>BBB.CCC.DDD
did work.

What to do ? Any suggestions ?
