AFAIK Mozilla is quite stable in OpenBSD, check out http://www.mozilla.org
for information.
I don't know if you could use Netsacape 4.76 for FreeBSD, but maybe mozilla
should be
more straight-forward for your purpouses.
Of course you could use Linux emulation to run any supported browser, but
with a
consecuent performance penalty and posible nightmares ;)
