I've recently loaded OpenBSD 3.0 on an SparcStation 20.
I used the serial console to boot and install from the
floppy image and then the install using a ftp server.
The machine seems fine, when ever it now reboots,
when the serial console is connected.
However, each time I try to disconnect the serial
console to put the machine in service, I can't
ping/connect to its assigned IP address.
Is there some magic regarding a condition that
necessitates having a console attached in order to
operate?
