These guys http://www.nexcom.com/product/ebc/ebc563/ have a VIA C3 and
3 Intel NICs. plus they have a chassis which has room from one PCI slot.
(With a riser card.)  ALso takes one DIMM upto 512Mb.  

Chassis also comes with a power converter that takes a laptop power supply.


I'm getting a test unit sent to me at the moment, so I can't confirm if it will
run with Openbsd.
