Not help, just confirmation.  I'm in the middle of refurbishing an old IBM
PC 330 (model 6577) into a firewall.  The 3C509 I had laying around did NOT
work under OpenBSD but it did work in that machine when Windoze 95 was still
on it.

I ended up ditching the ISA cards in there, spending $20 at a local store
and putting in some SMC PCI cards.

If you have more time to wait for shipping, check out eBay.  Netgear resells
their returned merchandise (that is still working fine) through eBay.  I
just got a $400 ethernet switch from them for $30.  They are selling 5 packs
of PCI ethernet cards (10/100) for $10 plus shipping.  With shipping it
works out to $3 per card.

Not sure if they ship internationally or not.  Or how much the shipping will
be outside of the U.S.
