sure there are a lot of ways to do this. first, you can try to grab the
/etc/ssl directory from the source tarball src.tar.gz included in the
OpenBSD CDROM. be sure to use the -p option of tar in order to keep the
correct permissions.
A second method will consist of grabbing the source from anoncvs/cvsup
(so to benefit from the latest patches too if you don't have them yet).
A third method will be to ask someone on this list who is running the
same version of OpenBSD as you to make a tarball of /etc/ssl directory
and send it to you.
A forth method will be ^U. enough :) try those then we'll see.
