Re: Apache Broken Images: 2.7 + 2.8 with ipf enabled

I have seen this on one of my systems when it was on a very slow speed
link (128k up/down). Can't explain it. Still see it very
occasionally on my counters (my site is rather "Graphic Deprived" 8-)
now on a moderately high speed link (512kbps).

Again, no explaination. As I am about to have to move my server to a
slow speed link (my LANlord's ISP went Ch. 11, though kindly giving 30
days notice), I may have more motivation to track it down..assuming it
recurs. I'm pretty much making a wild guess that it might have had
something to do with the link speed..lots of other things
changed...might have been the tiny amount of real RAM in the box...???

One obvious question..what happens if you have a default "pass all"
ipf.rules file? Or, have IPF disabled? Can we rule anything out?

Nick.
