mount_nfs
I'm running Jgaa's WarNFSD on a W2k box and attempting to mount that
on my 2.9 by issuing `mount -t nfs xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:public /mnt' and
all I ever get back is "NFS Portmap: RPC: Program not registered". I
don't really know anything about NFS and while I've tried to read the
man pages it hasn't got me very far [mount(8), mount_nfs(8), nfsd(8),
portmap(8), rpcinfo(8), mountd(8), showmount(8), exports(5),
nfssvc(2), nfsstat(1)]
When issuing commands like:
mount -t nfs 1.2.3.4:/public /mnt
mount_nfs -2 1.2.3.4 /mnt
optionally with -U to force UDP
I get the message ``NFS Portmap: RPC: Program not registered''
Is there more I can do on the BSD side or do I have to get the source
for warnfsd?
