Graphics Adapter / DVD-Decoder

Hi there...

on my system runs OBSD 2.8. Everything works fine, but in my dmesg there are 
the following two lines:
"3DFX Interactive Voodoo3" rev 0x01 at pci0 dev 11 function 0 not configured
"Sigma Designs DVDmagic-PRO" rev 0x02 at pci0 dev 12 function 0 not configured

The first is my graphics adapter. Is there kernel support for the 3dfx Voodoo3?
Although the kernel says it ain't configured, X works just fine.

The second is a MPEG2-Decoder which came with my DVD-Drive. Is it possible 
to use this device under OBSD? Which kernel option has to be included for it
to work? 
(And... although this doesn't really belong here... is there a DVD-Player
for OBSD which uses the hardware decoder to view movies on my TV?)
