The 'Baby-T' part is mostly related to the fact that it has different
artwork (cuter) and that it has a V-neck.
As for size, an S is an S, not a supersmall, that's what I see from the
example I have here. But I could be wrong. Austin?

In Europe, we also make XS (aka Skinnies). A skinny is smaller and has a
different body fit, which makes it more perfect for slim girls. They are
quite smaller than a Small Tshirt that can be worn loosely.

Of course, a 18 year old model is not a 2 year old, it will look baggy on
her, maybe something to sleep in, but not a close fit to wear.
