ipf+ipnat problems

Hi

I've an OpenBSD 2.8 Box cofigured with 3 Network Cards
One has real IP to the Outside

199.10.10.1 ---------- ---------- 192.168.0.1
     Internet xl0     |         Intranet xl2
                      |
                      |
                 DMZ xl1
		    199.10.10.5

                   
On the DMZ side I have to servers, and sometimes I can see only
one of those and sometimes the other from my Intranet.
The Openbsd box is running ipnat and bridging  xl0 and xl1.

It happens sometimes but I have no idea how to fix it.
