Stripped OBSD (No, it is NOT what you think...)

In somewhat relation to the current thread about a
stripped OBSD, I have a li'l question:
Does anyone know (or have a list) of exactly what
files that makes up Apache and Bind?
Since we use neither on a lot of servers I dont see
any need to have them installed. Actually, I dont see
any need to ever have Bind installed but that's a
different story...

Maybe the OBSD installer could allow a little more
granularity, like having the option to not install
Apache and Bind and some other packages. Quite a few
computers will never need Apache and even more will
never need Bind.
Why not do it the simple way and break them out into
separate .tgz files? That way they would, I presume,
work without modifying the existing installer? Or
simply turn them into packages.
