Resizing Partitions

Hi, currently my /pub partition is bigger than my /home partition and
in the past I would just reinstall Openbsd to resize it.  I looked in
the archives and saw a few references to it but nothing solid. How
would I go about starting the process or where can I look for further
readings on it?
