| I have just upgraded from 2.7 to 2.8 but I have a problem. I need to do a
| MAKEDEV ALL to make my /dev directory but I can't seem to do it. I d/loaded
| etc28.tgz separately and decompressed it. I tried to run the MAKEDEV.local
| inside the decompressed /dev directory but nothing happened - it said
| MAKEDEV command not found (sorry if I am obviously doing something wrong).
