You didn't specify what architecture you're running OpenBSD on, but I'll assume you are running on i386 architecture.
I know that Intel cards and Adaptec NIC cards (with more than 1 interface) are supported. Your best place to look
though is at:
http://www.openbsd.org/i386.html and ther respective manufacturer.

PS - NICs with more than 1 interface come either with 2 or 4 interfaces. I never heard of NICs with 3 interfaces.
