Nothing. It is very rare for an address to change when a lease is
renewed. The 'fixed-lease' entry in your leases file indicates the
address the machine would try to use if next time it tried to find a
server, it could not. Read dhclient.conf(5) and note the explanation
of the 'SAMPLE' example.
Unless you have some other reason to believe there is a problem, I see
no indications of one in what you describe.
