 I face the same odd problem here, lots of:

| /bsd: xl0: watchdog timeout
|
 And the card is NOT a ``cheapy'' one. It's native 3Com 3c905B.

   The problem arose about a month ago, after upgradeing obsd to 2.9.
 I've tried to recompile -current kernel, but it turned out to be absolutely
 useless, as it just got page fault and went to ddb (btw, I have ddb.panic=0).
 That's why I think that the problem is in the OpenBSD (kernel).
 Unfortunately, I am not kernel hacker and I am not able to trace the problem
 to it's matter and fix it myself, so I have to sit still and wait...
