Yes, and the website says so. It's not enough to be ECCPC133, it must
be "registered" memory. Use that, or better yet one from the list of
manufacturers that they suggest and you will not have those problems.
I am using these motherboards using suggested memory and I have had
no problems, other than install from CD to SCSI HDD :-(

IMO the Intel mobo's do not have nearly the capabilities of the Tyan.
BTW, be sure you are running the 121000 bios, it's posted on the
Tyan website.
