File system creation error

Hi all,

I am trying to install 2.7 on one of my notebook (Twinhead Slimnote GX3). It 
currently has a 6 GIG IBM harddisk. My problem arise during the installation 
phase. I was able to create the various partition. However, after that, the 
system seems to have problem creating one of the file system. In this case 
is wd0h /home. I have attached the error from dmesg. The strange thing is, I 
successfuly installed 2.7 on this notebook using the same harddisk recently. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
