The topic of off topic questions.

If people /must/ ask off topic questions on the list (and I don't really
see why they should), could they at least set Reply-To: their email address,
and encourage readers to honour it?

If you feel you /must/ help someone who asks an off topic question, would
you _please_ respond via private email. 

Is the topic of topicality on topic? Even if it is, please respond to this
message as indicated in Reply-To.
