Another Qmail/OpenBSD Question

Okay, folks, here's your chance to break out the clue-by-four...

I've gotten to step 14 in qmail's INSTALL document & my ignorance is
preventing me from getting any farther. The instruction reads as
follows:

-----Begin Quote

14. Add
             csh -cf '/var/qmail/rc &'
to your boot scripts, so that the qmail daemons are restarted
whenever your system reboots. Make sure you include the &.

-----End Quote

My questions:

Into which file (& where in the file) should I add something like the above?

I assume that this line is not exactly kosher for OpenBSD's boot
scripts. Can anyone tell me how to rewrite it in the correct syntax?

Thanks,
-Kit
